  • This 3-Week Beginner Yoga Series is designed to take away the worries about your first yoga class and make your introduction to yoga an enjoyable experience. You'll learn what yoga is, where it came from, how to start your practice and how it can impact your life. This series is for the absolute beginner or the student somewhat new to yoga that wants a deeper introduction. Beginning your yoga practice is challenging. It is learning a new language, literally and physically! To support your journey, we have created this Beginner Series!

    In this series, you will explore the yoga poses and breathing techniques that are offered in most yoga classes, how and why they are of transformational benefit to your body and mind, and how to access them intelligently. You will discover areas of strength and ability in your body you didn’t even know you had! Throughout the series. Stephanie Hill will provide one-on-one tips for your personal needs.

    Give yourself the foundation to truly live well in your body for the rest of your life, as well as the preparedness to continue your lifetime practice through our other classes and at home. Whether you’ve never practiced before or just want to revisit the fundamentals, the time is now to take the next step in your yoga journey.

    We will meet Tuesday evenings from 5:30 - 6:30pm on January 15, 22 and 29.

    A yoga mat, bottle of water and hand towel could be useful throughout class. Jade Yoga Mats are available for purchase in our retail shop; attendees of our Beginners Series get 10% off yoga mats if purchased by the first day of the series (January 15).

    Pre-registration is required for this series. No drop-in’s allowed.
