This warm flow yoga class is a great way to build a consistent yoga practice. Gently heated to help open the body and gently guided to help open the mind. The practices link the movement of the body with the steadiness of breath and will allow you to build strength and flexibility and gain a solid foundation in your yoga practice. The room is heated to 75-80, so you may wish to bring a towel and water. All levels are welcome.t create a successful and effective yoga practice.
