Miranda Mullins is a loving local and Huntington, WV native and 2010 graduate from Marshall University. Miranda took an interest in physical fitness and Brown Dog Yoga after moving back from Colorado in 2012. She is an RYT-200 yoga teacher and is one of Brown Dog’s Barre instructors. Miranda also teaches BDY Cycling and her passion is her students to be the best they can be while having fun and embracing life.
Are you interested in taking an indoor cycling class but feel intimidated? Maybe you think you aren't in well enough shape to show up to a class or that you have too many questions. Whatever it is holding you back, we have a solution. Join one of our knowledgeable instructors on Monday, October 29th at 7p.m. for our first Intro to Cycling class! This 45-minute class will walk you through proper set up of your bike, how to prepare for your first ride, explain the basics of riding, as well as, demonstrating common choreography and uncovering the truth around the red tension knob! This event is open to new students.
