Whatever it is holding you back, we have a solution. Join one of our knowledgeable instructors on Monday, October 29th at 7p.m. for our first Intro to Cycling class! This 45-minute class will walk you through proper set up of your bike, how to prepare for your first ride, explain the basics of riding, as well as, demonstrating common choreography and uncovering the truth around the red tension knob! This event is open to new students.
