Sarah Hood is a former local news reporter/anchor, who graduated from Elon University in 2009. She has always been interested in physical fitness, specifically falling in love with yoga at the young age of 14. Since leaving her news career, Sarah became a registered yoga teacher through the Brown Dog Yoga RYT-200 program. She is the proud mother of two children and is also a BDY Cycle and BDY Barre Instructor. Sarah loves sharing the benefits yoga, barre, and cycling with her students.

This 45-minute class is quick, energizing and fun! Perfect for the working yogi or anyone needing a midday break. Get on the mat, free your mind and get back at it with this lunchtime treat. This class is non-heated so you can get back to your day fresh and renewed. All levels are welcome.
This warm flow yoga class is a great way to build a consistent yoga practice. Gently heated to help open the body and gently guided to help open the mind. The practices link the movement of the body with the steadiness of breath and will allow you to build strength and flexibility and gain a solid foundation in your yoga practice. The room is heated to 75-80, so you may wish to bring a towel and water. All levels are welcome.
This all-levels class will awaken you in mind, body and spirit, with yoga postures, guided meditation, and powerful intention. This flow-style class will help you build strength, increase flexibility and find focus. Moderately-paced and open to everyone, this one-hour class allows students to learn the fundamental yoga postures and principles that create a successful and effective yoga practice.
