A prenatal practice may help you relieve pregnancy aches and pains, prepare for birth and connect with local moms-to-be. Along with performing postures modified for the needs of your trimester, you'll cultivate a breathing practice, develop stamina and strength and improve balance and circulation.
Valerie began her Yoga journey during her second pregnancy. She immediately felt a difference in her mind and body compared to her first pregnancy. Valerie feels that her yoga practice is the reason she was able to bounce back mentally and physically much faster than after having her first child.
